Contact your broker and ask them to lodge a claim on your behalf by downloading a claim form (link to claim forms page)
- Email claim form to: claims@gtais.com.au For all Victorian claims, email to: claimsvic@gtais.com.au
- Where the damage to the insured vehicle is $3000 or less, a quotation should be obtained and submitted along with the fully completed claim form and a copy of the insured’s drivers licence.
- Where the damage to the insured vehicle is greater than $3000, GT will appoint a loss adjuster to inspect the insured vehicle
- On receipt of the completed claim form GT will advise you of the claim number and that an assessor has been appointed.
